At BOXNOZA, we specialize in bespoke Bohemian Interior Design Consulting. Because our primary business is service-based, our refund policy distinguishes between professional consulting services and physical decor items.

1. Design Consultation Services

All Professional Interior Design Consultations, including Virtual Mood Boards, Styling Guides, and Space Planning Reports, are considered digital services.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Once the design process has commenced or the initial mood board has been drafted and sent, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

  • Reasoning: This policy is in place due to the personalized nature of the creative work and the immediate allocation of design expertise to your project.

  • Revision Policy: While fees are non-refundable, we offer a specific number of revisions (as stated in your service tier) to ensure the final design meets your expectations.

2. Physical Curated Decor Items

For physical products purchased from our “Curated Collection” to complete your design vision, the following terms apply:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return for physical goods.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Process: Please contact support@boxnoza.com to initiate a return. You will be provided with the appropriate return address for our international partner galleries or our UK headquarters.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a physical item arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@boxnoza.com with photographic evidence.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the affected item at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

5. Cancellations

  • Consultations: You may cancel a consultation booking for a full refund only if the request is made within 12 hours of purchase AND before any design work has started.

  • Physical Products: Orders for physical items can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our partner galleries.
