BOXNOZA operates as a global Bohemian Interior Design Consultancy. Our fulfillment process is divided into digital service delivery and the dispatch of curated physical decor items.
1. Digital Service Delivery (Consultations)
All professional consulting services, including Virtual Mood Boards, Styling Guides, and Space Planning Reports, are delivered digitally.
Delivery Method: Direct to the client's registered email address.
Timeline: Digital delivery typically occurs within 2 to 3 business days following the receipt of all necessary project data (room dimensions, photographs, and style preferences).
Shipping Costs: There are no shipping or handling fees for digital consultation services.
2. Global Product Fulfillment (Curated Collection)
Physical items from our “Curated Collection” are handpicked by our design team to fulfill international project requirements.
Processing Time: Orders for physical goods are processed within 1-3 business days. This includes a quality inspection by our design team before dispatch.
Dispatch Location: Items are dispatched from our network of international partner galleries to ensure the most efficient delivery route to the client.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on the client's geographical location:
European Union (France, Germany, etc.): 7–12 business days.
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days.
United States & Canada: 10–15 business days.
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.
Note: These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by local customs processing or carrier delays.
4. Tracking and Notifications
Tracking Number: Clients will receive a tracking number via email once physical items have been dispatched.
Status Updates: Automated updates will be sent at key stages of the fulfillment process (Processing, Dispatched, Out for Delivery).
5. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EU Transactions: For clients within the European Union, BOXNOZA complies with the Non-Union OSS (One-Stop Shop) scheme in Ireland. VAT is collected at checkout and reported accordingly.
Other International Regions: Clients outside the UK and EU are responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by their respective countries.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the client's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. BOXNOZA is not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. Any re-shipment fees resulting from an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the client.
