BOXNOZA is primarily a service-oriented business. Our core offering is Professional Interior Design Consulting, which includes:
Virtual Design Consultations.
Custom Mood Board Creation.
Bohemian Space Planning and Styling Guides.
Our services and curated products are available to clients worldwide. Physical products in our “Curated Collection” are specifically sourced to fulfill the requirements of our international consultancy projects.
3. Global Digital Service Delivery
Worldwide Accessibility: Our digital design products (Mood Boards, Styling Guides, and Consultation Reports) are accessible to clients in any geographical location and are delivered via the email address provided at checkout.
Timeline: Digital delivery typically occurs within 2 to 3 business days following the receipt of all necessary room dimensions and style preferences from the client, regardless of their time zone.
4. International Product Fulfillment
Global Shipping: We facilitate the dispatch of curated decor items to most countries worldwide.
Curation & Dispatch: Items are handpicked by our design team and dispatched from our network of international partner galleries to ensure the closest possible proximity to the client.
Delivery Timelines: * European Union: 7-12 business days.
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Customs and Duties: For international orders outside the UK and EU, clients are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may apply.
5. Fees and Payments
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
EU Compliance: As a UK-based entity providing digital services to customers in the European Union, we comply with the Non-Union OSS (One-Stop Shop) scheme in Ireland for the collection and reporting of VAT for EU-based transactions.

All design concepts, mood boards, and styling guides produced by BOXNOZA remain the intellectual property of the studio. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these designs for personal, non-commercial home styling.
7. Limitation of Liability
BOXNOZA provides design recommendations based on client-provided data. While we strive for aesthetic excellence globally, the final implementation and safety of physical installations are the responsibility of the client in accordance with their local regulations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
